PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING at the hotel in les baux de provence
Buffet breakfast: €16.90 per adult / €8.50 for children under 12. Possibility of being served in your room: supplement of €2 per person.
Tourist tax is €2.30 per person over 18 per day.
You can book a room with 2 twin beds (90cmx200cm): €10 per room per night to be paid on site and confirmed before your arrival.
Pets are not allowed in our establishment.
Age restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and occupy a room.
General terms and conditions of sale
Arrival: your room is available from 3pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know. You can leave your luggage at reception.
For late arrivals after 8pm, please contact reception on 04.90.54.37.87.
Check-out: your room must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Standard rate: reservations are guaranteed and confirmed by a credit card number with expiry date.
Payment for overnight stays must be made by credit card 7 days before arrival.
- Non-refundable price: the reservation is guaranteed and confirmed by payment of the stay by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking.
Invalid credit card numbers will automatically result in the booking being cancelled.
Credit cards accepted : Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
ANCV holiday vouchers accepted: Processing fee: 2% of the amount paid in ANCV.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Standard rate: cancellation free of charge and refund of deposit paid more than 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay booked is due. In the event of "no show", shortened or delayed stay, the full amount is due.
- Non-refundable price: no cancellations possible. This booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Any no-show at the hotel will be billed the full amount of the stay and, in the absence of a demonstration by the customer, will result in the automatic cancellation of the stay booked.
